アムネスティ・インターナショナルが性産業の全面完全合法化をサポートする方針を採択

死刑廃止等で知られるアムネスティ・インターナショナル（Amnesty International）は，2015年8月11日の総会で、性産業の労働者の人権を保護するために合意に基づく性産業の全ての側面における完全合法化をサポートする方針を採択しました．

Global movement votes to adopt policy to protect human rights of sex workers

The resolution recommends that Amnesty International develop a policy that supports the full decriminalization of all aspects of consensual sex work. The policy will also call on states to ensure that sex workers enjoy full and equal legal protection from exploitation, trafficking and violence.


しかし，性産業の労働者が完全で平等な法的保護を享受すること（Sex workers' rights＝人権）は，性産業の完全合法化を必要としそれによって達成されるものなのでしょうか．

最近は，「人権」が語られるとき，それが本当に正当な用法・局面なのか，人権を根拠とする主張が本当に適切ななのか，疑問なことがあります．たとえば，タバコ産業の表現の自由，喫煙者の喫煙の自由が主張されるときなど．
人権の名の下に主張されることに，私が賛同できないケースもふえてきました．
